There’s no doubt that Thailand is a RORN MARK MAAA (hot) country and my biggest struggle has been wearing clothing that’s not going to make me boil inside from the humidity or even worst ... LOOKING LIKE A BACKPACKER.
NOTE: Before the backpackers start attacking me, I just wanted to write that i'm taking the piss (PUT LEN) – There’s nothing wrong being a backpacker ... just not a fashion style I wish to follow LOL
After living in Bangkok for over a
year, I’ve leant to mix and match casual and formal clothing to create looks
that’s appropriate and stylish for many occasions.
The singlet featured in this shoot
has a light cotton fabric and was originally a shirt from a popular weekend
market in Bangkok called JJ Market. I cut off the sleeves to make the garment
more versatile and easier to breathe in. Light cotton fabrics are essential especially
in a hot climate like Thailand.
The blazer is from a new Thai brand
called Urban Dude that specializes in menswear and is set to release a female
range in coming months.
Wearing a singlet underneath the
blazer makes things much cooler and no one actually knows that you're wearing a
singlet at the same time. Try this and let me know what you think krub?
